Delta has mostly been a show buck, but lately I have started
using him to breed. So far his babies are very cute, and I look forward
to continuing to use him. Delta is well-marked and has an exellent body.
He has gotten even better with age. His show record is extensive and he
will stay on the show table for now!

Flick
Black Sr. Buck
Winnings:
35 legs of G.C.

Flick has been an excellent show rabbit and
breeding sire. Even at his ripe age, he still makes an occasional appearance
on the show table. He's very well-marked and has a nice compact
body. His babies are doing great both as show rabbits and as producers
themselves. Flick is registered
with the ARBA.

I purchased Thor in the open Seller's Class of the
2008 NDS from Al Gerhart. He was the first outside black I brought
into my herd since the original stock I bought, and boy oh boy
am I continutally impressed with his offspring. He has clicked so
well with my black does. He won the 2009 Michiana Get of Sire class out
of 12 entries! Thor has two legs of G.C. recorded by his former owner.

Gerhart's
M295 (Harrison)
Black Sr. Buck
Winnings:
7 legs of G.C.

I got lucky with finding Harrison. I bought him from
Al Gerhart in early 2009 as a junior. He doesn't have the best markings,
but the little buck has TYPE. I bought him on a whim and he has gone
on to be a nice show rabbit. With his small stature he has also
been used for an interesting and fun project of breeding to my huge
gray doe to get steels!

Blue has a terrific head, super body type
and excellent markings to boot! As you can see from his show
record, the judges seem to agree! Now he's both a show and breeding
animal. I'm very proud that this guy won best of variety at
ARBA National Convention 2005 and 2006 in the youth division!
Blue is
registered with the ARBA.

Emily's Ben

Winnings:
1 leg of G.C.

I traded this buck's dam to breeder Mike
Smith. In appreciation Mike gave me a baby out of her first
litter and it was this guy. I had to name him on the spot, and
Benny seemed to fit. He's been retired as a breeding buck, and has
proven to be one of the best blue herdsires in the barn! He sired the
2010 NDS open BOV Blue winner!

Nelsen's 7VO2 (Pete)
Blue
Sr. Buck
Winnings:
2 legs of G.C.

I decided that I really needed to get a new
blue buck into my herd and breeder Pete Nelsen of Washington
was kind enough to sell me this boy, and so far I have been very
pleased with his babies! Naturally, I named him after his breeder.
Pete has an unknown
show history, but 2 legs recorded by his former owner.

Knieling's Love in Vain
(Mick)
Blue Sr. Buck
Winnings: 6
legs of G.C.

show record

With some of my blue bucks really getting up there in age,
I wanted to find a new blue buck and I wanted him to have a nice set of
shoulders to bring into my herd. Gene Knieling of Oregon has had really
good luck with my line, so I bought Mick at NDS 2010. I haven't started
using him yet, but I look forward to! In the mean time, he's been cleaning
up on the show table!

Ladd's Best Laddy
Gray Sr. Buck
Winnings:
10 legs of G.C.

This buck is super typey, with excellent ring color
and markings. I can't thank breeder Erik Ladd of Ohio enough for selling
me this guy. He has had an exceptional show career and he has made
an excellent impact on my gray line, improving both their surface
and ring color. Laddy's second generation babies are looking fantastic
as well!

Hume's Basil
Gray Sr. Buck
Winnings:
21 legs of G.C.

Basil is really something else. He has excellent markings,
pretty ring color, and the best hindquarters I have gotten on
a gray buck so far. He has a nice tall topline and solid shoulders.
His show career was amazing as junior, then he started pulling his
hair out of his legs and chest. Turns out as soon as we started using
him for breeding, he stopped pulling the fur and is now back on the
show table! His babies are winning as well! Basil won BOSV Gray in the
open NDS 2010!

Hume's Graham
Gray Sr. Buck
Winnings:
1 leg of G.C.

This picture really doesn't do Graham justice. He is a very
typey buck with a great head. I showed him a bit when he was younger, but
planned to sell him due to a crook in his saddle. He was for sale for a
long time with no interest. I decided to breed him to make him a proven sire
to sell better. Well, when I saw his babies, he immediately was taken off
the sale list and is now being used in my gray breeding program!
